A dialed-in, repeatable process is what separates a coating that lasts from one that flakes. Here’s every lap your parts run.

Strip & Prep

Previously coated parts run through our burn-off oven to strip old paint and powder to bare metal; then every part is media-blasted and washed so the coating bonds for the long haul.

Powder Application

Your chosen color is electrostatically applied for even, complete coverage — edges, corners and all.

Oven Cure

Parts are baked so the powder flows and chemically bonds into one continuous, rock-hard shell.

Inspect & Return

What kinds of parts can you powder coat?

Just about anything metal — automotive frames and suspension, motorcycle and powersports parts, wheels and rims, railings and outdoor furniture, industrial and production components, and custom or fabricated pieces, including large parts and long sections. If you’re not sure your part is a fit, send us a photo and we’ll tell you.

How much can you handle at once?

A lot. Our overhead conveyor line — with an integrated heated pretreatment wash — lets us process 2,000+ parts per day. That production capacity is what sets us apart from typical batch shops, and it’s ideal for fabricators, OEMs, and recurring production runs.

Why is powder coating better than paint?

Powder coating is applied dry and cured in an oven, forming a thicker, uniform finish that bonds to the metal. That gives it far greater impact resistance than most liquid coatings, so it resists chips, scratches, rust and fading much longer than traditional paint.

Do you strip old paint or coatings first?

Yes. Previously finished parts run through our burn-off oven, which thermally removes old paint and powder down to clean, bare metal — no harsh stripping chemicals. From there we media-blast and wash every part so the new coating bonds properly and lasts.

Do you ship or deliver?

We do. We handle shipping and delivery across a roughly two-hour radius of Le Roy — including Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Corning. Our shipping hours are 8:30am–4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Ask us about pickup and drop-off options for your parts.

How many colors and finishes can I choose from?

Thousands. We stock and source a huge range of colors and chemistries — gloss, matte, satin, metallic, candy and textured finishes — so we can match a look you already have or create something completely custom, including two-tone and masked designs.
