Shipping & Delivery FAQ

How far do you deliver?

Roughly a two-hour radius of our shop in Le Roy — which covers Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Corning, plus everywhere in between. If you’re near the edge of that range, reach out and we’ll confirm.

Do you pick up, or only deliver?

We can do both within our area — pickup of your parts and delivery of the finished work. You’re also welcome to ship parts in or drop them off at the shop. Just tell us what’s easiest for you.

What are your shipping hours?

Shipping runs 8:30am–4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Reach out during those hours to arrange drop-off, pickup or delivery.

Can I just ship my parts to you?

Absolutely. Plenty of customers ship parts in. Package them well, include your contact info and the details of what you want done, and we’ll take it from there.

How much does delivery cost?

It depends on your location and the size of the job — we’ll include it in your quote so there are no surprises. Reach out with your details and we’ll lay it all out.
