Every Finish, Off One Production Line
From high-volume powder coating to media blasting, integrated pretreatment, and burn-off stripping — Finish Line runs the full metal-finishing workflow in one Le Roy facility. An overhead conveyor line coating 2,000+ parts a day means you get it done right, and done fast.

Powder Coating
Powder coating fuses a dry, electrostatically-applied finish to your part in a curing oven — a bond far tougher than liquid paint, in virtually any color or texture. And because we run it on an overhead conveyor line, we deliver that finish at a volume most shops can’t touch.
Production Powder Coating
OEM, fabricator and contract runs — 2,000+ parts a day, consistent part to part, on schedule.
Custom & One-Off
Frames, wheels, railings, furniture, signage and restoration pieces — from small brackets to long sections.
Thousands of Colors & Finishes
Gloss, matte, satin, metallic, candy and textured — plus two-tone and masked designs.
Surface Prep & Pretreatment
The finish is only as good as what’s underneath it. Every part is cleaned, profiled and washed before a speck of powder goes on — the step that separates a coating that lasts from one that flakes.
Media Blasting
Aluminum oxide, steel grit/shot and glass bead — matched to the substrate and the finish you need.
A heated wash stage built right into the conveyor line cleans and prepares every part for maximum adhesion.
Burn-Off Stripping
Our burn-off oven thermally removes old paint and powder back to clean, bare metal — no harsh chemicals — so a recoat bonds perfectly.
Specialty & Liquid Coatings
Some jobs call for more than standard powder — a specific chemistry, a liquid system, or a specialty finish. We’ll match the right coating to the part, and for deep specialty work we tap our parent company, Sandman’s Blasting & Coatings.
Specialty Finishes & Effects
Two-tone, masking, logos and custom effects for show-quality, one-of-a-kind pieces.
Liquid / Wet Coating
For substrates or specs where a liquid system is the right call.
Sandman's for Deep Specialty
Cerakote, HERESITE®, Teflon and more through our parent company — one call handles it.

Services FAQ
Do you handle both production runs and one-off parts?
Yes. Our overhead conveyor line is built for high-volume production — 2,000+ parts a day for OEMs and fabricators — but we also coat single custom and restoration pieces, including large parts and long sections. Same shop, same quality.
Can you strip old paint or powder before recoating?
We can. Previously finished parts run through our burn-off oven, which thermally removes old coatings down to clean, bare metal — no harsh stripping chemicals. Then we media-blast and wash so the new finish bonds properly.
What's included in your surface prep?
Media blasting (aluminum oxide, steel grit/shot or glass bead, matched to the part) plus an integrated heated pretreatment wash built into the line. Proper prep is what governs adhesion and long-term coating life, so it’s never skipped.
Do you offer specialty or liquid coatings too?
We match the right coating to your part, including specialty finishes and liquid systems where they’re the correct call. For deep specialty work — such as ceramic or high-heat coatings — we coordinate with our parent company, Sandman’s Blasting & Coatings.
Do you ship or deliver?
Yes — we handle shipping and delivery across a roughly two-hour radius of Le Roy, including Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Corning. Shipping hours are 8:30am–4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
