For OEMs, Fabricators & Contract Work

Production Powder Coating At Real Volume

Most shops batch parts by hand. We run an overhead conveyor line with an integrated pretreatment wash — coating 2,000+ parts a day, consistent part to part, and held to your schedule. If you move metal in volume, this is the line built for you.

Built for Volume.

Held to Schedule.

The Difference

A Real Production Line — Not Batch Work

The regional competition is mostly small batch shops coating a few parts at a time. Finish Line is different by design. Your parts travel a continuous overhead conveyor: they’re washed in an integrated heated pretreatment stage, powder-coated, and cured in one uninterrupted flow. That’s how we turn out 2,000+ parts a day without sacrificing finish quality — the kind of capacity a purchasing manager or fabricator can actually schedule around.

Continuous Conveyor Flow

Parts move through prep, coat and cure in one pass — no hand-batching bottleneck.

Integrated Pretreatment

An integrated heated wash is built into the line, so every part is prepped the same way, every run.

Large Parts & Long Sections

From a pallet of small brackets to long fabricated sections — one line handles the range.

Why Volume Buyers Choose Finish Line

Capacity Is Only Half of It

Throughput gets you in the door. What keeps fabricators and OEMs coming back is consistency and reliability.

Repeatable Consistency

Same prep, same process, same finish — part to part and run to run. Powder buyers spec tolerances; a controlled line is how you hold them.

Schedules We Hold

Production capacity means we can commit to a timeline and keep it — the real purchase driver for recurring contract work.

Single-Source Finishing

Blasting, pretreatment, powder coating and burn-off stripping all under one roof — your parts never leave the building between steps.

Production FAQ

Is there a minimum order for production work?

We handle everything from single custom pieces to full production runs, so there’s flexibility either way. For volume pricing and scheduled runs, send us your quantity and frequency and we’ll put together the right arrangement.

Pricing depends on part size, prep needs, finish, and run size — larger and recurring runs earn better per-part rates. Give us your part details and quantities and we’ll quote it accurately.

Every part runs the same conveyor path: the same integrated heated pretreatment wash, the same electrostatic application, and the same oven cure. A controlled, repeatable line is what holds finish quality consistent from the first part to the last.

Yes — our line accommodates large fabricated parts and long sections, including frames and long assemblies. Send us the dimensions and we’ll confirm the fit.

We do the prep. Media blasting, the integrated pretreatment wash, and burn-off stripping of old coatings all happen in-house, so you can send parts bare, rusty or previously finished. Single-source finishing keeps quality and turnaround under one roof.

We handle shipping and delivery across a roughly two-hour radius of Le Roy — including Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Corning — with shipping hours of 8:30am–4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Ask us about a recurring pickup/delivery schedule.
