Equipment & Capacity

Industrial Coating Capacity

This is what sets us apart from a typical batch shop: a production facility built around an overhead conveyor line, a full oven lineup and an integrated pretreatment wash — coating 2,000+ parts a day, including large fabricated parts and long sections. Here’s what we run.

Capacity, Not a Coating Shop

Built Like a Factory

Most powder coaters in the region are small batch operations coating a handful of parts at a time. Finish Line is a different category. Our facility is laid out as a true production line — parts are washed, coated and cured in one continuous flow — which is what lets us take on OEM volume, long fabricated parts and recurring contract work that a batch shop simply can’t handle.

Production Throughput

2,000+ parts a day on an overhead conveyor line.

Size Range

From a single small bracket to large fabricated parts and long sections.

Full In-House Line

Blasting, pretreatment, coating, cure and burn-off — all under one roof.

What We Do

Three Systems. One Roof.

We organize our shop around the way a finish actually comes together — prep it, coat it, and handle the specialty work — so your parts never leave the building between steps.

Burn-Off Stripping

Previously coated parts go through our burn-off oven first — heat removes old paint and powder down to clean, bare metal, with no harsh chemical strippers. The result is a surface the new coating can truly bond to.

Substrates We Coat

We coat a wide range of metals that can handle the cure-oven temperature.

Capabilities FAQ

What's the largest part you can coat?

We handle large fabricated parts and long sections. Larger single pieces run through our batch oven, while high volumes of smaller parts move on the overhead conveyor line. Send us the dimensions and we’ll confirm the fit.

Our conveyor line processes 2,000+ parts per day. That production capacity is what lets us take on OEM, fabricator and contract work — and keep turnaround quick even on large jobs.

Most metals that can withstand the curing-oven temperature — steel, aluminum, and fabricated or cast metal parts. Plastics and heat-sensitive materials aren’t candidates. If you’re unsure about your part, send a photo and we’ll let you know.

We strip it. Our burn-off oven removes old paint and powder down to bare metal, and our media blast cabinet (aluminum oxide, steel grit/shot or glass bead) handles rust and surface prep. Parts can arrive bare, rusty or previously coated.

Yes — that’s what the line is built for. See our Production Powder Coating page, or send your part details and run frequency for volume pricing and a schedule.
